Regulatory compliance
The Compliance System of the ULMA Group is a framework for action that aims to promote professional, ethical and responsible behaviour on the part of ULMA staff, both internally and vis-à-vis third parties in general.
The ULMA Group has a Compliance Officer who is responsible for the management, supervision and compliance of the Compliance System.

Internal Information Channel
The Internal Information Channel (internal whistleblower channel) is the preferred channel for people who work or are professionally related to the ULMA, S. Coop. Group to communicate information about possible infringements in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of people who report infringements.
