The Compliance System of the ULMA Group is a framework for action that aims to promote professional, ethical and responsible behaviour on the part of ULMA staff, both internally and vis-à-vis third parties in general. The ULMA Group is currently implementing this Compliance System in its Businesses.
The ULMA Group has a Compliance Officer who is responsible for the management, supervision and compliance of the Compliance System.
The Ethics Channel is a channel of communication available to all ULMA staff to report any material non-compliance with the rules of the Compliance System by ULMA staff or ask any questions they may have.
